Vietnam tourism to be promoted in Russia |
VNAT (the Vietnam National Administration of Tourism) will organise two introduction programmes on Vietnam tourism in Moscow and St. Petersburg, Russia on the occasion of the ‘Vietnam Cultural Days in Russia’ event September 15-20, 2008 and will promote the National Action Programme on Tourism while in Russia.
The programmes will take place in Moscow and St. Petersburg, and are expected to attract the participation of 150 representatives.
Vietnamese representatives include the Minister of Culture, Sports and Tourism, the Vietnamese Ambassador to Russia, leaders from the Department’s of Culture, Sport and Tourism of cities and provinces, Vietnamese domestic businesses and Vietnamese businesses in Russia. Russian representatives will be comprised of tourism officials, businesses, tour operators and travel agents.
During the two days of the programmes, many attractive activities will be performed such as exchanges of businesses from the two countries, greetings from Vietnam’s Minister of Culture, Sports and Tourism Hoang Tuan Anh, introductions on Vietnam tourism along with art and fashion performances.
